Comment: This is certainly one of the best books about this subject, written by Professor Dr. Reinhart Jarisch. However, it is a scientific textbook which is difficult to understand for non-graduates. Highly recommended for those with at least some basic knowledge in medicine and/or biology.

Comment: Written from the point of view of a person concerned. It is well balanced between conciseness and completeness. Carefully investigated. Interesting section about food additives. Be careful with the cooking recipes on the last 35 pages! Nearly all of them contain histamine liberators like lemons, eggs, mushrooms, mustard or other ingredients which are not compatible for everybody.
