      On more than 120 pages, the SIGHI Medication Manual describes in detail and clearly arranged the numerous treatment options in systemic mast cell activation diseases (MCAD), histamine intolerance (HIT) or histaminosis in general and points out not only the advantages of numerous active substances but also their disadvantages. In addition to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, foods for special medical purposes and dietary supplements are also explained. The Medication Manual explains the therapy concept and provides numerous suggestions for basic therapy and symptomatic additional therapy of the chronic phase as well as for the treatment of the acute phases. Measures in special situations such as anaphylaxis / anaphylactic shock, infectious diseases, vaccinations, pollen allergies, pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as premedication and other precautions against anesthesia, operations and dental treatment are also presented. There is also a list of incompatible active substances and instructions for assessing the tolerability of preparations. And many more tips and tricks.
